What you need:

For each child: an apple, toy car, paper plate, paper cup, etc.

What you do:
Instructions:
Provide each child with an apple, a toy car, a paper plate, a paper cup, a craft stick, etc.
Place the cards reading "hop," "pop," and "top" on the board. Read the words together with children and point out the letters that are different in each word. Recite the rhyme and let children place and balance the different items on top of their heads.
